Our Shipping policy may alter during busier periods such as the festive season or during a sale. Any website orders that are placed on a weekend will be shipped out on the next working day. Make sure that you consider this when placing an order on a weekend.
The standard UK delivery cost is £6.
All orders will be posted via Royal mail and can be tracked and traced, unless special instructions are received via email and discussed with a member of staff.
Our next day delivery cost is £10. Next day delivery items will be tracked by Royal Mail.

Once your payment has gone through, you will receive an email confirmation with a collection date. This will be during store hours from Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm.
Please wait for your confirmation email before proceeding to collect from the store.
You will receive an email notification with dispatch details of your order. This completes the sale process. If we inform you that for some reason your order hasn’t been accepted or it has been cancelled, in accordance with our returns policy, your goods will not be dispatched and any monies will be refunded straight away.
We have a 14-day returns policy, this means that following any purchase you will have a period of 14 days to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that it was sold, unworn and unused with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt as proof of purchase. Items bought in store are exchange only and those bought online will receive a full refund less shipping costs.
To begin the returns process, please email leila@kingfox.co.uk. We will contact you to confirm your return status as well as instructions on where to send the package.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your purchase and contact us immediately if you spot any damage or defective issues.

There are certain items that are not eligible for a return such as personal care goods like underwear. Please get in touch if you concerned about the item you are purchasing.
We have a 7-day returns policy for items that have been purchased in the Sale.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If successful then you will receive a full refund straight away – please leave 7-10 working days for the amount to appear on your bank statement. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by Shopify.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will organise an exchange for a different size, colour or alternative item as soon as possible. We will do our upmost to get the right item to you in exchange.
Once we have confirmed a return via email, you will need to send the item back to us. All returns are the senders responsibility and therefore we recommend that you use a tracked service.
